Jerry Ulm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Tampa, FL
This project is a single story split showroom accommodating Jeep in one showroom and Chrysler/Dodge/Ram in the second with a shared vehicle delivery area. It also has a 54 bay Service Department and 7 bay Detail Area for a total of approximately 91,939 SF on the first floor.
A unique component is the 3-story precast parking structure that was constructed above the Service Area and features glass vehicle displays, “Jewel Boxes,” cantilevered off the face of the parking structure. This provides an impressive and eye-catching feature for the commuters on the heavily traveled frontage road.

Matter Brothers Furniture Store
Sarasota, FL
This project consisted of converting of an existing 108,395 S.F. site with an industrial structure and transforming it into a retail furniture showroom facility with mercantile occupancy.
The new Matter Brothers Furniture store was made up of a new finished show room, storage/loading area, reception, design center, offices and remodeled restrooms. Also, a new covered canopy was installed with a new exterior entry wall

BMW of Sarasota
Sarasota, FL
The BMW of Sarasota consists of a high end showroom to display the BMW brand, a state-of-the-art 12-bay service department, parts storage and administrative offices. The linear façade is an arrangement of highly energy efficient window systems to create a glass box appearance to display the brand and also allow large amounts of natural day lighting to enhance the customer experience.
